Originally established in 1972 as Central Ontario Appraisers, Prime Appraisals (PVCI) is a premier real estate appraisal company providing residential appraisals and commercial appraisals for over 50 years to both our individual and institutional clientele. With offices in Durham Region, York Region, Simcoe County, and Toronto we are well positioned to service Southern Ontario. Through our Residential Division we can deliver a variety of work; from standard Residential Appraisals for Financing Purposes, to more complex Matrimonial Retrospective Valuations, and detailed Narrative Reports for litigation. Our Institutional and Commercial Division has completed a broad array of work from Commercial Improved Site Appraisals to Property Development Feasibility Studies, Expropriation Advocacy and Reporting, and Institutional Portfolio Reviews. We continue to work for not only the Municipalities and Governing Bodies, but also for Commercial Enterprises, Commercial/Residential Lenders, Private Investors, and the Residential Property Owner.
